The Dundee Sports Dinner is one of Dundee’s longest-established fund raising events.
Since 1992, Dundee Sports Dinner has raised almost £500,000 for local sports and is one of the longest established fundraising dinners in the city. The annual event, held at the Invercarse Hotel, is now firmly focused on raising funds to support sports clubs and initiatives that have a significant social impact in the community.
This evening gathers sports enthusiasts, local businesses, and many others to raise funds to support the crucial role that grassroots sports play in fostering social inclusion, promoting physical and mental health, and providing opportunities for all. By changing lives through sport, the funds raised through this event are directed towards clubd and initiatives that use sports to drive social change, helping to build a more inclusive community for all.

Awards
We have been fortunate to have had the support of many local clubs, at both amateur and professional levels, and many of Dundee’s most successful businesses. The event couldn’t happen without that support.
As well as enjoying an evening of great food, great entertainment and great company, the dinner also recognises the achievements of two local sporting personalities. Fundraising
The main reason for the dinner is to raise funds for local sports clubs and groups. Since the dinner launched in 1992 we have raised around £450,000. Any clubs or individuals who wish to apply for funding can contact us to find out more. Click here for a list of some of the past beneficiaries.
