Sports Personality Awards

Every year at the Dundee Sports Dinner we honour some of the greatest achievements of sportspeople in and around the Dundee area. There are three awards granted each year, awarded for sporting achievement in Youth, International, and Lifetime Achievement categories. LOCAL YOUTH SPORTS PERSONALITY

This award recognises outstanding individuals who have performed beyond their years, proving their potential to become world-class athletes. Nominate a young sportsperson in the form below to have the chance of seeing them awarded the coveted Local Youth Sports Personality Award.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be under 18.
• Must live in or come from Dundee & surrounding areas.
• Must have achieved success in their sport in the last 12 months.

LOCAL INTERNATIONAL SPORTS PERSONALITY

​​Competing in sport internationally is a monumental achievement in its own right, and the Local International Sports Personality Award aims to recognise and reward individuals who have reached the world's sporting stage who have either come from Dundee, or achieved while living and training in and around the Dundee area.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
​​

• Must have competed internationally, for either Scotland or the UK, in the last 12 months.
• Must live in or come from Dundee & surrounding areas.

RON MCINTOSH LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Each year since 2016, the Dundee Sports Dinner has given recognition to some of our sporting community's most dedicated and passionate individuals, in the Ron McIntosh Lifetime Achievement Award. Nominate your local sporting hero in the form below!
